This Shipping Policy explains how and when Meople ships orders placed on our website and through our custom board game service.

TL;DR

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Typical delivery is 2–4 weeks from the time you complete your design (production + transit).

  • You can request design changes within 24 hours of submitting your order.

  • If there’s an issue with your order or delivery, submit a ticket via our Contact Us page and include your order number.

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it or refund you per our Refunds & Returns policy.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Note: At checkout, please provide a complete and accurate U.S. shipping address. Deliveries to certain locations (e.g., remote areas) may experience longer transit times. If we cannot ship to your specific address, we will notify you promptly.

Order Processing & Production

  • Made-to-order: Each custom board game is produced specifically for you. Production begins after your design is finalized.

  • Timeline: Most orders arrive 2–4 weeks after design completion, which includes both production and carrier transit.

  • Business days: Processing and shipping occur Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Design Changes & Cancellations

  • You may request design changes within 24 hours of submitting your order.

  • After 24 hours—or once production has started—changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please reach out via the Contact Us page immediately if you need assistance.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

  • We partner with reputable U.S. carriers. The specific carrier and service level may vary by order.

  • Estimated timeframe: Delivery generally occurs within the 2–4 week window stated above (production + transit).

  • Tracking: Once your order ships, we’ll email a tracking number to the address on file.

Heads up: Carrier delays, severe weather, high seasonal volumes, or events beyond our control can impact delivery dates. We’ll do our best to keep you informed.

Shipping Costs, Taxes, and Duties

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size/weight, and carrier rates.

  • Sales tax is applied where required by law and is based on your shipping address.

  • There are no international duties since we ship domestically only.

Address Changes

  • Need to update your address? Contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to update the address before your order ships.

  • Once an order has shipped, address changes must be coordinated with the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or the package is marked delivered but not received, please contact us through the Contact Us page.

  • We’ll open an inquiry with the carrier and help resolve the issue. Resolution may include a replacement or other remedy after the carrier’s investigation.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your game arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it or provide a full refund. Please review our Refunds & Returns (Custom Board Games) page for details on required photo evidence and timelines, then contact us via the Contact Us page or email hi@meople.

Partial Shipments

To ensure quality control, most orders ship as a single delivery. In some cases, components may ship separately. You will receive tracking details for each shipment.

Holiday & Peak Season

During peak seasons and U.S. federal holidays, production and transit times may extend beyond typical estimates. We recommend ordering early for time‑sensitive gifts.
