General Questions

How does the custom board game creation process work?

You provide the names of your favorite places, things, and memories, and we create a beautifully crafted board game and card set based on your input.

Can I use my own images, text, and designs in the game?

Almost every aspect of a Meople game is customizable. You choose the names and icons for each space, the text on the cards, and the image that appears in the center of the board.

How long does it take to design and produce a custom board game?
What is the cost of a custom board game, and does it vary based on customization?

The cost is $129 per game, regardless of the level of customization. Discounts are available for bulk orders.

Design & Customization

What file formats do you accept for images or designs?

We accept jpeg, jpg, png, and svg files for images.

Can I customize the game pieces, cards, and board layout?

You can customize the text on the cards, but not the game pieces or the board layout.

Are there limits to the number of colors, images, or text I can use in my design?

Currently, you cannot select custom colors. You can upload one custom image, and we offer over 50 text options.

Order & Delivery

What is the average turnaround time for receiving my custom board game?

It takes 2 to 4 weeks from the time you complete your design.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Is there a minimum or maximum order quantity?

No, you can order as many or as few games as you like. For orders of 30 or more, please see our Contact Us page for business orders forms.

Payment & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit and credit card payments.

Are there any discounts for bulk orders?

Yes, we offer discounts on orders of 30 or more games. Please refer to our Contact Us page for details.

Do you offer refunds or returns on custom board games?

Due to the custom nature of our games, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, if your game is damaged or defective upon arrival, we will replace it or provide a full refund. Please provide photo evidence and email it to help@www.meople.com (opens in new tab).

What happens if there is an issue with my order or delivery?

If there’s an issue with your order, you can submit a ticket through our Contact Us page.

Can I make changes to my design after I’ve submitted my order?

You can make changes to your design within 24 hours of submitting your order.

Special Occasions & Events

Can I create custom games for special events like weddings, birthdays, or company events?

Do you offer gift-wrapping or special packaging for occasions?

We do not currently offer gift-wrapping or special packaging.

Can I create a custom game as a corporate gift or for a company event?

READY MADE GAMES

General Questions

How quickly do ready-made games ship?

Shipping is immediate—most ready-made orders leave our warehouse within 1 business day after purchase.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery time varies by carrier and destination. The carrier’s estimated delivery window will appear at checkout. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only.

Are the rules included?

Yes. Each ready-made game includes printed rules inside the box.

What if there’s an issue with my order or delivery?

Submit a ticket via our Contact Us page or email hi@meople.co with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll help you with a replacement or other fix per our policy.
